    "All dogs are kept on their leash and friendly when approached. There is a great fenced in yard for dogs to run and play as well as plenty of safe and quiet roads for walking on leash. Roads are private and not accessed by street traffic so random cars driving through are very minimal. Close driving distance to several dog friendly parks!"

It's a great area to live and there are always kids And adults biking , walking and more. Definitely more small town vibe with out the taxes of Cherry Hill and Mt Laurel. "

The drive towards Philadelphia can be a nuisance depending on the time of day. Rte73, between Rte 70 and the promenade tend to be high traffic areas.
