Qualifying Standards - Applicant(s) must meet these standards to be considered for this home:

Applicant's income must meet or exceed $2,550 each month - income verification will be required.
Applicant must be able to pay the full deposit AND first month's rent at the time of signing the lease.
Applicant must receive positive references from ALL previous landlords for the past 5 years.
Applicant's credit score must be a minimum of 600.
Applicant must be clean, responsible, and pay their rent on time, at all times.
Applicant must be a non-smoker.
Applicant must have no previous evictions.
Everyone over the age of 18 who plans to reside in the residence is required to complete an application and background/credit check.

One dog or cat may be allowed, pending approval. A pet is subject to a non-refundable monthly pet fee of $25 per month and $250 refundable deposit (pending no pet related damages upon move out).
