"I lived here with my growing family for over 5 years. Never had any problems with crime. The local police would patrol the area making there presence and very friendly. The parks are great for family time and gatherings. Very convient to Raleigh/Wake Forest if you are a commuter. Down town parades and shops are of the home town style. Very friendly people were ever you go. "
  • Cynthia m.
"Peaceful, small town. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Franklinton has not changed much in the last 20 years, but growth is on the way. Convenient to Raleigh (south) and Henderson (north). Neighborhood of friendly folks. Small town living is the best!!!!"
