"I would rather not say anything at this time and I don’t think it’s safe here anymore hell actually the world is not safe anymore and I would rather just live out in the country where I gotta be around nobody"
  • R9tnc9h6fz
"I’ve lived here my whole life and I have family here the people here OK I guess I mean some more so some are stuck up but overall or not"
  • Coatesclan8
"I love it here and only moving to downsize you will love it here too I think it to be safe and country enough but close to the necessities "
  • Coatesclan8
"😃love Chillicothe lots to do and convenient to everything like hospitals Columbus parks and schools "
  • Jennifer C. P.
"-Feast of the following moon -local farmers market every Saturday -downtown open house -light up night for Christmas -4th of July fireworks"
  • Lindsey H. .
"Not a place I would raise my kids. Not great schools. The good school is my 2 prisons. There’s a plant that makes the place smell like rotten cabbage couple days a week. Run down parts. "
  • Lindsey H. .
"I don’t think there’s anything special here. There’s a very small “nice area”. There’s a mill that makes the whole town smell like rotten cabbage most days of the week. It’s an eye sore. "
  • Lindsey H. .
"It’s a small town and even smaller “nice” part of town. The main strip of road that has all the shops and stores you’d want is always congested since everything is so close together. Not somewhere I want my kids to grow up in. "
  • Don C.
"beautiful park with lake, dog park, hiking trails. Farmers market year round, excellent fishing and within 25 miles of large lakes. "
  • Don C.
"people walk dogs all the time and there is a dog park near the city park. There are also local hiking trails that are dog friendly"
  • Kelsi E. B.
"I’ve lived here for my whole life. I’ve never had any problems with neighboring dogs or trick or treating."
  • Db939115
"I live in Chillicothe and work less than a mile away and commute is easier and convenient, but the sidewalks are awful and all need redone, it’s not exactly handicapped accessible and the handicapped can’t even use the sidewalk because it’s so torn up. It’s scary and the only part that feels safe is directly next to the mead because of the 24/7 patrol and the lights."
  • Enlightened24u
"I own a dog and I have the ability to let my dog run free and/or also walk trails and hills as I see fit. I can take them to most outdoor events held here and almost all the parks around here are pet friendly"
  • Db939115
"They have the feast of the flowering moon, the Halloween festival, and the Drug Free Clubs of America have a rally down Paint Street by the courthouse, our neighborhood is very involved, but it doesn’t always feel safe. I love Chillicothe, I was born and raised here."
  • Praisebird
"We love our neighbors and we have the comforts of a close nit neighborhood, yet a feel of country, and yet only 5 min. to Bridge St. shopping and restaurants. Living right off of 35 makes it so convenient for us to hop on the highway and be an hour to a hour and a half from 3 major Ohio cities! "
  • Jes4k
"It’s a beautiful area. There are lots of hills and there are pretty views. The downtown is cute and they are bringing in new businesses and restaurants."
  • Joe B.
"We live in the Sunrush/Waynewood subdivision which is one of the nicer neighborhoods in this city. Kids love it here and have plenty of friends to play with. Also very safe here. Well patrolled."
  • Babengalsfan
"It’s a nice area. A great place to start a family! Nice and quiet , close to schools lbs and the park, most fast food "
  • Shadybell74
"I lived in this neighborhood for 20 yrs seen many walks of life come and go! Good neighbors and bad just any where you go have that!"
  • Jake T.
"It’s mostly quite and clean. A nice place to live with many amenities. Historic and modern..............:"
  • Sheila K.
