+House was just mitigated for Radon, so no radon worries here. Healthy house and peace of mind.
+Tons of storage space downstairs and work station for projects that could be used as a studio or work shop.
+ Full Basement with one finished (heated) room that can be used as an office or guest bedroom.
Security deposit is due upon signing of lease and first month's rent due August 1, 2017. 1 year lease upon signing and we would prefer long-term renters only who would make it their home. Credit check and rental application with references required. Approved and trained pets okay with non-refundable security deposit.
