The covered deck with the hot tub allows outdoor living year round. There is an apple tree, a grape vine, rosebuds, crepe myrtles, and mountain laurels for beauty through out the seasons. There is even a potting table outside for your gardening pleasure and Adirondack chairs positioned to catch the last bit of sun.

The house is 12 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2 minutes to a convenience stores, 5 minutes to the grocery. Friendly neighborhood. Tulips greet you in the spring and the living room fireplace glows with warmth in the winter. It is a perfect place for a couple. There is a beautiful yard with well developed landscaping which would need to be maintained so an affection for gardening would be ideal.

+Hardwood floors through out home and tile in the kitchen and bathroom.
+Bathroom is fully tiled and has his-and-her sinks and a full bathtub.
+Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven and Fridge and water-saving toilet. Eco-YES!
+Pumped Oil Heat, Fireplace (working, useable and just cleaned and inspected) and 2 oil space heaters (if need be).
+No air-conditioning, have never needed it. I do have a window unit with remote you can use for the bedroom if the need arises but have gone many summers never hooking it up. Every room has a nice strong ceiling fan. New kitchen windows with nice ventilation.
+House was just mitigated for Radon, so no radon worries here. Healthy house and peace of mind.
+Tons of storage space downstairs and work station for projects that could be used as a studio or work shop.
+ Full Basement with one finished (heated) room that can be used as an office or guest bedroom.

Security deposit is due upon signing of lease and first month's rent due August 1, 2017. 1 year lease upon signing and we would prefer long-term renters only who would make it their home. Credit check and rental application with references required. Approved and trained pets okay with non-refundable security deposit.
