Street parking is free and plentiful.
Lease Terms & Application Requirements
We are seeking a conscientious resident who will treat this home with the utmost care. To ensure a harmonious tenancy, the following objective criteria apply:
Availability: Lease begins late July 2026 and must end by July 31, 2027. Flexibility for between 6 and 12 month leases.
Financial Qualification: Minimum credit score of 700 required.
Rental History: No history of evictions or late payments. References from previous housing providers will be requested.
Income Verification: Verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent.
Occupancy: A single, joint lease is required for the entire property. We do not offer individual room leases. Occupancy limits strictly conform to City of Worcester zoning ordinances.
No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property.
Well-behaved pets considered (additional monthly pet rent may apply).
First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are required for move-in.
Owner pays water and sewer and lawn maintenance. Tenant responsible for all other utilities (internet, gas, electric, trash) and snow removal.
