Cared for pets with responsible owners are welcomed and the fenced in back yard is a perfect space for a dog to run around. The landscaped backyard, with brick patio is perfect for grilling, features mature trees which greatly reduce cooling needs in the Summer. In addition there is an outdoor storage shed to store yard tools.
For those with pets in the family, the non-refundable pet deposit is $250. Pet rent is $35/month for pets under 40lbs. One additional pet under 40lbs is an extra $15/month. For dogs over 40lbs, monthly rent is $50 and an additional dog over 40lbs is an extra $30/month.

The washer and dryer hook ups are located in the garage next to a utility sink and storage cabinet. The washer and dryer are not included in the rental.

Tenant will be responsible for maintaining the lawn (mowing, leaf and pine needle clean up) and cleaning the gutters. However, if tenant desires we will include this in the rent for an added fee to cover this expense.
