Ardsley Schools offer excellent education to our children. They are raising the bar for education in Westchester. The teachers are amazing and very supportive to their students. The schools offer many specials which engage children and help them learn about new subjects. They have an amazing set of students who are taught to be respectful towards each other and give back to the community. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they genuinely care about the children’s wellbeing from teachers to assistant teachers, everyone is concerned about helping the children succeed. Their special education classrooms are great and they offer even more assistance to those students. Overall, I highly recommend the Ardsley school district for their excellence in education.

Poor leadership and support for students and families. Declining school system year after year has caused our family as well as many others to move out of the district or go private. Not the Ardsley of the past!

We had high hopes when we enrolled our child at Concord Road Elementary, but we were shocked by the school handled a serious bullying incident. It involved physical aggression, racial comments, and social exclusion.We reached out to the school and district multiple times, shared documentation, and asked for support, but instead of addressing the issue, their response seemed like they cared more about avoiding responsibility and protecting themselves than protecting our child.We’ve heard from other families in the district who’ve gone through similar situations, where their concerns were ignored or brushed aside. Our child ended up feeling completely unsafe and unsupported. We had to withdraw him from this school.The district promotes values like “inclusion” and “kindness,” but in our experience, those values were nowhere to be found when we really needed them. If you’re considering this school, I urge you to look deeper.
