"Where the air is clean and pure! Beautiful place to work and play with easy access to both the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic. Great place to raise a family or kick back and retire with many National Parks, beaches and all kinds of water activities to enjoy. Great fishing, boating, sailing, kayaking, crabbing and hunting. Excellent seafood made by talented chefs with picture perfect views of sunsets on the water. "

"Contrary to a previous review, this neighborhood is on a rise, so no flooding. Home had been updated in the past, NOT in need of work. This house is on a private lane, but close to town. Very parklike neighborhood - quiet, trees, "

If you have been looking for an area with friendly people, a walkable town with galleries, shops, theaters, and fine restaurants, direct access to the Chesapeake Bay, come and check us out.
