Ravenwood Park (formerly Ravenwood II) is a mobile home park in Greeneville, TN. There are numerous employment opportunities and offers an array of outdoor activities. The community has a total of 215 units with an average all-in rental rate of $600 and an average lot rental rate of $275. The park operates on a lease-to-purchase option. Residents are responsible for all utilities and home maintenance. The Community provides common area landscaping and on-site management. Since acquiring the community, we have installed street lights, replaced prior management, improved entry landscaping and paved roads. We are always looking to improve the community and provide the best possible environment. Pets welcome but certain breeds are restricted. Call for additional information.
