Rose Hill at Lexington is definitely one of the most popular communities in the Newark/Bear area. Why, because it is in a great location and it is located in the Appoquinimink School District. Easy to get to City of Newark, I'95, Route 40, Middletown, Dover & the Delaware Beaches from here. Don't just take that information; This is definitely one of the nicest houses in the area. Beautiful full brick facade on the front of the house, located in a small culdesac that provides safe play space for all youngsters. This house has gorgeous hardwood floors that were just refinished. You'll love the 2-story entrance that splits the formal living & dining rooms. The main level features a very comfortable family room that is adjacent to a large kitchen that includes a center island , 42" cabinets & a nice breakfast nook area. When you exit out the back, you'll love the large deck & the wooded rear yard that provides a lot of privacy and serenity. This time of year is terrific for barbequeing & relaxing every day. Traffic is non existent and neighborhood is quiet. Traveling to local restaurants and entertainment is easy and within ten minutes. Commute to PHILADELPHIA and airport is approximately one hour. Traveling during summer travel and holiday weekends is painful on 95 and surrounding roads with influx and outflux of people traveling. "
