The home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It was purchased at the end of 2024 and has undergone ongoing upgrades since then. Custom lighting and fans, signature hardware faucets, custom dining seating, trim and wainscoting throughout each room and hallway, roman shades and curtains, a three-car garage with epoxy floors, a power outlet for electric vehicles, GE and LG appliances, a gas stove, and power through Dixie Power, which offers significant cost savings. The backyard features a turf lawn, eliminating the need for landscape maintenance. The homeowners’ association fee is $100 per month, and there are two nearby pools for use.
I have poured a substantial amount of love into this home and had planned to move in at the end of the summer. However, I recently accepted a new job that requires me to relocate up north. I would be delighted if this home could be passed on to someone who shares my passion and appreciation for its unique features.

Schools are plentiful and Take Out food is very diverse, you need to be aware that 100 degree day days are common for 10 months of the year but if you can handle that, its a great family city."
