When we moved from Westpark to Greentree, our son switched from Westpark Elementary to Greentree Elementary. Don't get me wrong -- Westpark is a good school, but Greentree is a great school. The first year he was at Greentree, he had a teacher I know he'll remember for the rest of his life: one who is deeply committed to the students and families, challenging the students intellectually at every turn, making sure they felt welcome and part of a real community, and so much more.We felt that our son had the best teacher, but it turned out that the students in the other class for his grade level felt the same way. This year he and the other students feel the same way about their new teacher. The principal works hard to make sure the school feels like a real community, and the students care for each other.Our son has been a few grade levels ahead since kindergarten, and we were worried he would be bored like he was at Westpark, but the teachers have kept him challenged and engaged.All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better school.

our kids love this school. good to great teachers, amazing amount of clubs and sports and music. IEP team very good. new performing arts building amazing. coaches top notch.

I honestly think this school is pretty good. It has a nice layout, and I think the schedule is good. The block day period length is a bit long in my opinion, but it does enable us students to get lots of work done and also lets the teacher get more teaching time. I would totally recommend this school. The teachers are also mainy nice and yeah. You also get to meet more people from schools like Greentree, Deerfield, College Park, and bits of other schools like Westpark, Eastshore, and other schools, too! The P.E locker rooms are pretty nice. It's clean and doesn't smell too bad!
