8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has attended Willow Avenue Elementary for 3 years. I am so happy with the progress she has made each year. The teachers take a personal interest in each child and keep open communication with parents ensuring the best quality education for our children. I have been a PAL and class mom for the past 2 years and enjoy feeling like I am a part of my childs education. Kudos to Willow Avenue!Parent Review15y ago2 Reviews - Cornwall Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has been very welcoming to parents and has included us in their daily email updates. We are encouraged to contact teachers/staff if we have questions or concerns and thus far, my questions have been promptly answered. In addition, there are advanced classes for students willing to work harder and we appreciate the diversity within the school as well. Another observation I've made is, for the most part, CCHS students show maturity and respect for one another which is great.Parent Review3y ago3 Reviews - Check out schools near 7 Clemence Dr.

"New Windsor is a great location to live and have children. The school district is great, a lot of local stores and parks, and a lot of military personal because of West Point. The downfall is Middletown and Newburgh aren’t too far from it, and both towns have a high crime rate."

"Newwindsor is a great place to live in honestly. I say this because it is safe and quiet. Not much going on in this small town. This is a very boring place to stay. I happen to live in the heart of newwindsor close to butter hill and even then not much goes down. Also dont be surprised if there is a deer in your backyard."

"Dog owners would like that there are two Dog grooming stores for pets. Dog owners would also like the pet supply store that is located in the local shopping center. There are many store nearby just in case pets need to stay home without having to worry about the amount of trouble the pet would get into if they went with the owner on a quick grocery run. There are sidewalks to walk your animal."
