"I have lived in this community since it's inception in 1993. my kids grew up here. The park, library, police and ball fields are all within a short walk. Since this is the center of town, I can walk to atleast 12 restaurants, 3 with liquor licenses, in under 10 minutes. Great neighborhood! "

"I have an easy 20 minute drive to Summit for work each day, and should I have a need to go into the city, its the same 20 minute drive to Summit to pick up the MidTown Direct into NY Penn Station. Easy access to I-78, I-287, to the Turnpike and Parkway"
