Description

Built in 2001, this is a three-bedroom unit, perfect for a couple or a small family. It's right next to a number of schools, as well as a Catholic community center, a park and a playground.

As the owner of this building, I go above and beyond to make my residents feel welcome. I'm flexible on move-in dates and terms, and I'm open to hearing any requests or needs that you might have. I'm deeply engaged in advocacy for a wide variety of communities, including elders and veterans.

Only small dogs and cats are allowed as pets. I ask for three months rent (first, last and a deposit which can be paid over time), as well as proof of income from the past year and a credit report. Utilities are not included. Letters of recommendation are always welcome.

Too many gangs here in schools and in streets. So many areas are dirty even transportation. Time is so fast here you feel like your in a rush"
