The house has solar panels which reduces your electrical expenses. There is good lighting throughout the house with dual-pane windows. House has central heat and air, ceiling fans, fresh paint throughout, and is hooked up to the city sewer.

There is a working fireplace in living room. Each bedroom has nice sized closets. Very spacious dining room. Kitchen includes double oven range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Low maintenance backyard includes a small lap pool. Lots of shade; perfect for entertaining. Front yard has sprinkler system.

The three-car carport has an attached storage shed.

Rent is $2250/month. We require a $2400 security deposit. Tenant is responsible for water, power, trash and yard maintenance. Rent to include pool maintenance.
