Near mass public transit, very good school district, quite diverse but totally quiet and everybody is minding their own business. Banks and restaurants are 2 blocks away and almost eateries are almost endless as the lane of Austin St. goes. The playground located by Grand Central Expressway has a tennis court and athletic field with volleyball court and track among other parts. Also the neighborhood is a walking distance to Forest Park. Great area for kids. "
