Both of my girls have experiensed nothing but fighting, bullying, and alot of mistreatment from the school staff. There has been plenty incidents where moms have to be overly involved due to the lack of help from the staff. Mr. Magnus is the worst assistant principal who yells and belittles kids as much as possible when no one else is around. My daughter has not ever felt safe around him. There is nothing but fights and mishandling of students in this school. Think twice before choosing this school, location is beautiful but the staff is horrible.

They have absolutely no respect for anyone and they are extremely untrained they don't give help to the kid who really need help they don't care about u or ur kid they js care about money they are extremely unprofessional avoid at all cost.

Lee Buice Elementary School was not a good kindergarten experience for my daughter. One of the kids in her class exposed himself to her and he would also bully her and other kids a lot. I was never informed of these issues by the school, my daughter was the one that told me. I spoke to the teacher, one of the counselors and even the principal and no one did anything. I requested my daughter to move to another class and was told that there was no space. The staff never did anything regarding this ongoing issue. I later found out that the principal was leaving in a month, now I know why he never answered my initial email, nor cared about solving the issue. I had to pull my daughter out of that school. Called the school district and no one was able to help me place her in a different school. Ector county schools are a joke! No one here cares about our kid’s safety nor a good education.
