The change in this school is amazing! The new principal is fantastic. Problems with students are being addressed much more effectively. Parents' concerns are being addressed. There are still some problem students and a couple teachers that need improvement, but overall they are becoming a great school.

"Minimum 5 acres parcels in Hammond ranch area. Beautiful views of the Scott mountain chain as well as Shasta. Most homes are off of private, graveled roads. Relaxed area, where people still wave at you while you are driving by. Most homes are above average in size."

"Lake Shastina is in a banana belt with very little snow ever. The trees and vegetation are gorgeous. It is quiet, friendly and has magnificent views of Mount Shasta. It is one of the best places I have ever lived, and I have lived all over California as well as in Europe. "
