The large pantry features 4 outlets for small appliances. The kitchen also opens to the dining room, with lots of natural light from large windows and the glass door leading to the covered patio. A hall off the kitchen includes a built-in tech corner with desk and cabinets, and leads to the guest bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Upstairs, the huge master bedroom has a tray ceiling and overlooks the backyard through an enormous window. The lights are controlled by a smart dimmer switch, which can be adjusted manually or by voice through your paired Bluetooth device. The master bath has double counters and sinks, a large tiled walk-in shower with a bench, a toilet room, plenty of storage space, and a walk-in closet. Conveniently across the hall is the large laundry room with sink, cabinets, and clothes hanging rods. The 3 remaining bedrooms are also upstairs, all with mountain views! The upstairs hall bath features an oval tub/shower, and 2 sinks with a 6.5 ft long counter!

Throughout the home, you ll find custom Roman shades, LED lighting, an abundance of closet/storage space, extra wide 4-5 ft hallways, and tall 9 ft ceilings. The downstairs features beautiful dark hardwood floors, all bathrooms are tile, and bedrooms are plush carpet. HVAC is custom dual zone with the downstairs controlled by a smart/WiFi thermostat and the upstairs by a second thermostat. The heating system also includes an integrated steam humidifier controlled by the smart thermostat for comfort in the dry winters.

The 3-car garage boasts lots of ceiling mounted storage, a 240V/30A outlet, and a custom epoxy floor, which is easy to clean and won t stain.

Outside, the lawn is one of the biggest in the neighborhood and is surrounded by a 6 ft cedar privacy fence. The sprinklers are automatic with a wireless weather sensor that adjusts water use based on temperature, sunlight, and water fall.

The East Valley planned community sits in highly rated school districts, has a playground, and there are many kids of all ages here. Everyone is welcome to the roughly monthly social gatherings, as well. The neighborhood is situated for quick access (600 ft) to the Green Belt, a half mile from the trailhead with access to the foothills trail system, and a gravel path along the mountain base that connects the local neighborhoods. The location also provides quick access to I-84, and low-traffic routing to downtown via Warm Springs.

Property managed by owner with home warranty that includes 24-hr emergency maintenance number, included in cost of rent. Washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator are included. In addition to the services/supplies in the first paragraph, rental costs also include annual sprinkler blowout, sprinkler backflow testing, washing machine cleaning supplies, two fire extinguishers, batteries (for garage door openers, rain sensor, CO & smoke detectors), and a home repair kit for floor scuffs and wall dings. We do request you leave the in-ground sprinkler system turned on during the summer (April through September, inclusive).
