Lovely, Spacious, one owner home on Griffing Rd! This home is so cozy and inviting. 3br /2.5.5 bths / oversized 3 car garage. The home also has a formal sitting room and was re-roofed in 2007. The lawn is beautifully landscaped in the front and well cared for fruit trees in the back. It is in the Roy Guess/Marshall/Westbrook school district. Home is in need of foundation repairs. I have a bid for a turnkey repair of $18,475 with National Foundation Repair. That's why there is a new CASH only price.

Withdrew child and enrolled in public schooling as she was going through diagnostics and testing for ADHD and received little to no support outside of being removed from class. I was called nearly daily yet received no phone call when she was injured by somehow either running into or being hit by a pole in the head. After speaking to other parents and her doctors they agreed her experience has not only been less than optimal but damaging. Absolutely not recommended for any child with special needs or being evaluated for them.
