"Niice small town with extremely kind people and great schools. Quick drive to St. Joseph or Liberty, so plenty of options for entertainment!"

"I own a business in town. StJoseph 30 minute commute and Kansas City is 45 minute commute. Easy access to 2 Major highways 36 and 35. "
  • AliciaB
"I've lived here a majority of my life and so has my family. This is the only town I've lived in where the schools don't take bullying seriously. This is the only town I've ever lived in where a majority of people make outsiders not feel welcome. Most people who live here are not neighborly. Everywhere else I've lived/visited had kind people who weren't judgemental and were very accepting of other people's religions, appearance, sexuality and disorders. They welcomed strangers with open arma and the neighborhoods are as safe as safe can get. They made a person like me, feel welcome. A feeling I've never felt while living in Cameron. So yeah, this town is unique alright...but not in the good way"
