The laundry nook is conveniently located in the main hallway near the bedrooms and second full bathroom. The home was just freshly painted and has new carpet in the bedrooms. There is also a bonus recreation room off the attached two stall garage and access to a large storage space. Invisible Fence is already installed for the dog. This house is zoned for the award-winning Graysville Elementary, Ringgold Middle and High Schools. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street, just 5 minutes from the I-75/24 interchange and 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. Lawncare is included with rent. The $2,000 security deposit and first month's rent is due in full on the first day of the lease. The lease allows a maximum of two dogs for a pet fee of $100/month. Tenant pays for all utilities, including electric, water and propane for gas fireplace, internet, garbage service and monthly pest control. No smoking/vaping allowed inside the home and garage.
