Has a mother in law basement with outside entrance and potential to be made into a rental if needed. Close to the mall, grocery stores, and both BYU and UVU campuses. Recently remodeled basement bedroom. Updated AC unit and furnace.

Has a separate furnace and power meter for the basement. The garage is deep and tall which allows for larger vehicles or storage. Fenced backyard and Neighborhood Park 2 houses down. There are so many more things I can say about this home, but words aren't enough.

    "Short but crowded and traffic is thick at certain times of day. I don’t like the traffic but it is convenient to freeway access. Stores are easily accessible and the mall is close. Many restaurants really nearby so many to choose from. Great place for kids too!"

    "It’s a culesac. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the mall and Costco. They will be building the new Hale center theater here soon. Wish I had a million dollars. "

    "Great easy access to everything sometimes the traffic is a pain but bearable. I don’t have to drive that much be everywhere I go is easily accessible the only Problem is State Street gets so jampacked at the time everyone gets off work that sometimes you have to sit through like three and four times to get through."
