This top-floor apartment has windows facing west and north for great light and a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline. Best of all, it has been recently renovated. From the closet-filled entry you turn right to the large living room with three windows. Straight ahead is the renovated bathroom and bedroom. The apartment retains its original prewar charm, and all of its walls, ceilings and floors are in excellent condition. Plus, electronically-controlled Lutron shades were installed in the living room and bedroom. All you need to do is move right in!

The Dunolly Gardens complex covers one full city block, with about half of the land dedicated to open space. Its six buildings enclose a large interior garden for the shared us of the residents. The well-maintained buildings are pet friendly, allow subletting, have a large staff (including an on-site manager), and have storage and laundry rooms in each basement. Centrally located in the Jackson Heights Historic District, Dunolly Gardens is close to transportation, shopping, restaurants, and across the street from our weekly Greenmarket and the recently renovated Travers Park. Near mass public transit, very good school district, quite diverse but totally quiet and everybody is minding their own business. Banks and restaurants are 2 blocks away and almost eateries are almost endless as the lane of Austin St. goes.
