4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm writing this as a junior in high school, so things might've changed since I left, but there are many things wrong and many things fine, from what I can remember. The administration isn't really great at connecting with students or parents, and they don't seem to pay attention to the teachers' concerns when brought up. Their hiring process for some of the newer teachers is also quite questionable, and a lot of them quit after their first or even halfway through their first year at NAMS. They also don't know how to handle fights or violence at all, and can be VERY incompetent when handling threats or bullying. Nonetheless, my experience was generally positive, you're sort of forced to try and experience new things in middle school, and as long as you have a decent conscience and know right from wrong, it can be a really enjoyable time there. Would I recommend this school to other people? Not really, but if there's no other choice, North Arvada isn't a terrible last option, for sure.Other Review1mo ago - Swanson Elementary School
