    "There is no public transportation. Far from hospital. Small town but quaint. I live in a Senior 55+ Apartment Community that has Tax Credits so the rent is discounted based on your income. People stay to themselves and very little activities available. Very boring and isolating to live here."

    "Mulberry Subdivision is a great neighborhood for families with children of all ages. The houses are cute, with great floor plans for small families. This is also a pet-friendly neighborhood with plenty of space to walk your dogs. We have virtually no crime and the local police ride through frequently. There are also a few police officers that live in the neighborhood. This area is convenient to Valdosta and Adel with a 10-15 min commute. You will get much more house for your money here than in Valdosta."

    "Hahira is a quiet, connected community in South Georgia. It's an amazing place to raise your family with excellent public schools. There is opportunity for volunteerism and being active. We love living here!"

    "Our subdivision Audubon Heights is a great place to retire, raise a family, or live alone in! Theres a play park in the middle of the entire thing. Walking around is not uncommon, a day cant pass i dont see anyone walking. The Christmas spirit is definetley up right now. We have local babysitters around here, so you can drop the kids off in the subdivision without them being far away from home. It is beautiful out here in the winter, summer, spring, and fall. Truly not anything to miss. Quiet, calm, peaceful, and tranquil. Beautiful homes. Nobody really knows this subdivision because were hidden behind the fire station, but once you get out here you'll be amazed!"
