Description

This beautiful fully furnished 3000 square feet home is a long term (4 to 8 weeks) vacation rental starting June 1st though mid August.

 It has a big salt water pool and sits on one acre lot.

The house is very open and spacious and has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one office, a beautiful remodeled kitchen and living room with a new big screen TV.

This fully furnished house is for rent in June, July and part of August. We usually live in this house except for this summer starting June1st through mid August so you will have the entire house. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

 Keep in mind it is our primary home and there will be some of our stuff there. The 3 bedrooms will be emptied out for you own things. The fourth bedroom may not be available.

You will love the beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops, the refreshing saltwater pool and all that space. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has a California king.

You will pay for electric which is about $300 to $350 in the summer months. Water, garbage, internet is all included.
