About this House

This is a beautiful 1400 sq. ft. betenbough home just built in 2008 on 83rd Pontiact by Walmart on Milwaukee. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath in a fantastic location. The house includes oven, microwave, washer and dryer, and refrigerator. House is in excellent shape and has been well taken care of just needs some lawn care. The bills never run too high and the house is all electric so no gas bill! A security system is already installed that the renter may choose to activate. The neighborhood is perfect for kids, very friendly, and located in a nice little cul-de-sac The asking price is $1200/month with a $900 deposit bills not included. I am the owner of the house and need to begin renting it out at the beginning of May so will be showing the house asap.
