There is a recreation room, bar, and another room currently set up for a pool table. The house is very solid, but it does need attention in many areas. Damage was caused to Sheetrock, some of the corners, and some of the radiator covers by a necessary wheelchair by former occupant. These are not really difficult fixes at all.
