The house has new carpeting for unit 2 and flooring in the kitchen and baths for both, both units freshly painted, driveway redone, stairs rebuilt, a newer roof and newer gas furnace for unit 2. Unit 1 (lower) has a front and side entrance, large living room, 2/3 bedrooms, washer/dryer hook ups in the separate basement storage area and uses gas for hot water and heat. Unit 2 ( upper ) has 2 bedrooms on the second floor, washer/ dryer hookups and a large living room along with another bedroom on the 3rd floor along with the bathroom and walk in closet. Estimated monthly income averaged 1350 a month after propane (owner paid for heat) sewer, water, garbage, plowing, taxes and ins expenses when it was fully rented BEFORE the remodeling with the rents at 1,000 a month( definitely can be upped in price) . Great for owner occupied or investment situation. We do have interested renters but are waiting to see what the new owners require. Turn key! The property does have a exterior surveillance system that conveys with the property.
