The crawl is 4 feet...making it easier to move around. This home has been owned for 45 years by the same family. Always used as a vacation home. All appliances stay, the water softener is owned and stays. If interested the beds can stay. There is a paddleboat that can remain for some lake time fun. Wiggins offers great fishing and boating. Gladwin is a vibrant small town and offers a nice place to shop and wander , dine, golf etc.

It's location is under a hours drive to Mt Pleasant & Midland Just 1.5 hours to Lansing & Traverse City.
