Enjoy a quiet, clean, and fully furnished shared living space designed for comfort, convenience, and a respectful community environment. Monthly rent is $1,600 for a standard room and $1,700 for the ensuite with a private bathroom. High-speed internet and Wi-Fi, Netflix, AC, are included, and street parking is available.

A $1,600 refundable security deposit is required at move-in, along with a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
