Overall comparing to NC Charleston even Mount Pleasent houses are half in quality and so ugly houses not even breaks … with triple prices … and 30-50% smaller … Roads are not the bests … I am disappointed … But have to work here … so no choice !"

    "Access to two major roads in Charleston through Clements Ferry or through HWY 17. Golf cart accessible to at least three shopping centers. Plenty of golf and boating access for all. Commute is improved since first moved to the neighborhood 5 years ago. "

We live close to the marsh and enjoy the wildlife, beaches, walking trails. Our neighborhood is also connected to five or six more Neighborhoods.It makes it great for bike riding and walking."
