6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn third grade my daughter was farther ahead in spelling\reading\writing than the other kids in her class. Her teacher took the time to make a different and harder spelling test for my daughter. She is now in the gifted program and is being challenged for the first time. It's been hard on her because she never had to really work for her grades. I am so happy they recognized she needed to be challenged, and so far her teachers have been wonderful! She starts her 3rd year at Ponderosa this year!Other Review10y ago10 Reviews - Post Falls Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience at this school have been terrible. Some of the teachers are great but the kids here are rude and have terrible heygiene which is why so many of us get sick. Also the school doesn't do anything about bullying. I got bullied so bad for no reason and the school didn't do anything. I do not recommend this school.Student Review4y ago9 Reviews - New Vision Alternative School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAfter struggling at Post Falls High School for the first two years of high school my mom decided to enroll me in New Vision. I do have to say, BEST experience of my life. I never learned so much in my life, I've never felt more comfortable and I've never felt more helped. My teachers at New Vision were the best teachers I have ever had! They took the time to teach me and the time to prepare me for college which I'm at now successfully completing a Nurse Degree. They helped me graduate high school without the stress and made me enjoy high school rather than dread it. I would suggest this school for any parent looking to put their student in an alternative school or any student looking to go!Student Review13y ago1 Reviews - Check out schools near 6745 E Riverside Ave.

"If your dog is not social, it may be a bit overwhelming until your dog gets used to seeing people out walking their dogs…we came from Phx, not a lot of people out walking around. "

"Less than 7 minutes from my door to the office. It’s getting longer though with construction and more traffic. "

"Don't waste your time or money. The place is overpriced and trashy. People are not nice to outsiders. Old broken down leaky vehicles are the norm and as a result a lot of pollution. "

"Downtown CDA is a beautiful place. I love the local park. It’s very large and there is a beach there. My kids love. Downtown CDA has a lot of really cute shops and they do events downtown like oktoberfest. And they have cruises on the river such as the wine cruise or the north pole cruise to go see Santa. I took my kids on for the first time this year and they absolutely loved it."

"I don’t know much about public transportation in the area but driving around CDA is not bad. Only the commute from Spokane or other areas into CDA during dinner hours gets really bad traffic. I try to ovoid travel out of town during those times. "

"Safe neighborhood, I don't worry about going out at night. Mostly quiet, my two loudest noise complaints would be helicopters and ambulance sirens. That's to be expected living so close to the hospital though. "
