This historic farm house, built by a doctor in 1911, in the heart of Olive Branch is loaded with character and ready for a new owner to make it your own! Home was originally surrounded by land for farming and eventually sold to the city. Rumor has it this property was originally built in two sections, a ''dog trot'' house, more commonly built in the 19th and 20th centuries before electricity and air conditioning to adapt to the sticky summer weather. A breezeway through the center of the home provided air flow in an effort to make it more comfortable. Evidence of this can be seen in the attic where there is a roof inside the home.
