Down an open hallway above the entry is a powder room, an office and the primary suite. The office space can be easily transitioned to a 5th bedroom upon request. The primary bedroom provides a king size bed, walk in closet with custom cabinetry, a 55" Samsung Frame Television. The east wall of the room is floor to ceiling glass with motorized Lutron blinds for privacy. The primary bath includes a beautiful vanity and an enormous wet room with a large free standing bathtub and top of the line Kohler shower system with 5 shower heads. A washer/dryer set are stacked in the primary bath as well.

The large lower level was excavated with oversized window wells allowing for lots of glass providing plenty of natural light. The media room hosts a state of the art 83" OLED Sony flatscreen television, built in surround sound speaker system, Apple TV and a new Playstation 5 Pro. An efficient PRX Gym fitness area takes up another portion of the lower room and, in addition to weights, includes a Peloton Bike and a rowing machine. The PRX Gym folds up onto the wall to provide more space when not in use. A 2nd primary suite with a queen size bed and full bath is located just north of the media room. The main laundry room is also on the lower level just off the base of the stairs.

Outdoor living areas include a wrap-around 2nd level deck and a rooftop deck. The wrap around 2nd level deck is appointed with a top end Weber Genesis plumbed gas grill, a Green Egg, a dining table and cocktail area furnishings. The rooftop deck is wrapped with plantings for privacy and hosts a new Sundance hot tub, a Montana Firepits gas firepit, top end outdoor furnishings and incredible 360 degree views of Snow King, Cache Creek Wilderness and the Tetons.

The entire house is wired with in ceiling and exterior speakers, motorized Lutron blinds and super high speed interet. All of which can be operated with Josh AI voice activated smart home technology. Tiny microphones are built into the walls throughout the home allowing guests simply "ask Josh" to "play Chris Stapelton in the living room", "Close living room blinds", "Turn off exterior lights", etc., for example. Guest may also easily set up program commands such as "Okay Josh, I'm Home", which will follow a pre-programmed set of commands as per guests preferences.

After two years of construction this home is now available for long term rental. The owners are looking forward to providing guests an extraordinary experience in this fabulous newly built luxury downtown Jackson home.
