I am impressed with what I have seen over the years. Discipline is enforced yet the students still have freedom to be creative. Sports events are organized. They have a winning and growing FFA Organization that has made the town of Malone very proud. Their test scores are average or above. It is a small town so therefore it is a small town school. The teachers are friendly and cooperative. I have lived here 14 years and have heard more praise than complaint from the parents whose children are succeeding there. Most of the complaints I have heard are from parents whose children stay in trouble. A school is not there to "raise" a child.. they are there to educate them. Malone is doing its job and doing it well.

"A lot of people don’t put their dogs up and they run free so when your walking your dog or just walking they try to run out to you and no one gets to stop them usually and I have little kids that’s what I don’t like"
