This unique sportsmans subdivsion is well known as a duck camp that allows some exclusive access to the WMA's when they are flooded. Outstanding duck and deer hunting on either side of this place on public ground. During high water boat can be launched and landed right behind the house making this place unique within the subdivision. House sits at the end of the road.

    "The lark nearby doesn’t allow dogs, and there are no sidewalks, but the neighborhood is still nice to walk your dog in and doesn’t have much traffic. There’s also a bike path with in driving distance that is good for walking dogs. "
