Walking distance to the clubhouse, pool and park across the street. Access to 2 gyms and 2 pools and 1 clubhouse. Vineyard has a great walking trail system and several parks and playgrounds w/ soccer fields, tennis, Pickleball, and basketball courts. 5 minute walk from the brand new Trailside Elementary school and Freedom Preparatory Academy.
Walking distance to main city park and large splash pad. 3 minute drive to restaurants and Megaplex movie theatre.
More businesses opening soon. UVU campus extension coming soon. Vineyard Front runner commuter train station scheduled to open March 2022, and more coming to Vineyard often so that’s great value for the whole area. HOA covers water, sewer, garbage, basic Fastel internet with option to upgrade to 1 gig, groundskeeping, snow removal, 2 pools, clubhouse, 2 gyms, and exterior building maintenance and insurance. So I feel like you really get a lot for the HOA fee.
The houses and grounds are all non smoking.
Pets are allowed. There are several pet waste stations with bags provided on the property.
Our home doesn’t take much to heat so the gas/heat bill is usually pretty low.
