7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNot necessarily an indictment of Shambaugh. But certainly an indictment of "Principal" Nicole Walker.Nicole Walker managed to stay employed by Shambuagh for one whole year as principal. She then left the district for "an out of state position." One can only hope she is not let anywhere near children now.Unfortunately before Nicole Walker left she did permanently alter the life of special needs daughter. She not only moved to expel her from Shambaugh but ALL Ft. Wayne Community Schools. At the expulsion meeting, Nicole took pride in the fact that one of her first acts as principal at Shambaugh was to expel my daughter. Why? Because the speical needs teacher at Shambaugh let her have access to knives in an unlocked drawer. Knives that belonged to Shambaugh. No accountability on the schools part. All my daughters fault according to Nicole. The resulting expulsion from FWCS had a huge negative impact on my daughter's life into her adult years.Shame on Nicole Walker.Shame on Shambaugh.Parent Review2y ago7 Reviews - Check out schools near 6729 Solid Rock Dr.
