About this House

Who wants to live in Troy? This is in an awesome subdivision in an awesome location at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge, private backyard that is fenced and a super quiet area! There is an in-ground pool that has a liner, it has not been used in 5 years. The heater is broken, not sure about the pump. The floorplan is amazing. The home needs some TLC for sure and some updating but you cannot beat the location or the award-winning Troy school district. Troy High School, Smith Middle and Martell Elementary. The kitchen is nice, it has a fabulous deep sink, stainless appliances, including a gas cooktop and double ovens. There are cherry cabinets and Corian counters. The main floor powder room is nice. The laundry room is huge with tons of cabinets. The dining room had a leak from the primary bathroom, but the leak has been repaired, and the drywall in the ceiling needs repaired. There was also a leak near the microwave in the kitchen from the upper bathtub, that’s been repaired too. The great room is huge, it’s in great shape and has a natural brick fireplace. The living room is good. The foyer is beautiful with tons of natural lights and a curved staircase. There is an office with a private door right off the foyer. Both full bathrooms could be updated, and the carpet needs to be replaced. There are tons of wood floors on the main floor. Pella windows too. The furnace and AC have been updated. This is a great find for someone who wants a wonderful home but isn’t afraid of some work!
