Room Description

We have a spacious 13' x 13' room available in our friendly, professional home on a quiet street in Lake Balboa. The house is shared by warm, respectful adults some of us are even board game fans and we take pride in keeping a welcoming, easygoing atmosphere. The room comes with a built-in desk and can be rented furnished with a bed and nightstand for an additional $300, or unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own things. Our backyard has a sparkling pool and fruit trees to enjoy, and there's always plenty of street parking. The lease is month-to-month, but we're hoping to find someone who plans to stay at least six months. We're looking for a single person, no pets and no smoking, who wants to join a relaxed and considerate household.

A security deposit of one month is required.

The lease terms operate in month-to-month fashion with 2 months minimum
