About this House

We are currently in the process of a complete remodel of this country farmhouse. Avoiding any issues we are hoping to have it available by 11-1-22. Many new features including an eat in kitchen (stove and refrigerator included), living room and mud room with a powder room and laundry hookups (washer & dryer not included) on first floor. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Attic is off limits to renters. There is also a dirt floor bank style basement with an entry door and full front porch under roof. Property located in a quiet country setting. Trout stream and local gamelands nearby.
No tours will be offered while property is under renovation!

1 year lease required. Typical lease runs January 1 - December 31, would run initial lease to end on 12-31-23.
Rent for the term of the lease will be $1300.00 per month due on or before the first of the month. First months rent and a $1300.00 security deposit (total of $2600.00) will be due at lease signing. All potential tennants must be listed on lease with all that are 18 an older showing Id's. All adult tennants must pass background checks and be able to verify monthly income.
No smoking indoors, No pets allowed!!
Home is heated by an oil furnace/boiler with baseboard and radiators. Tennant is responsible for purchasing fuel oil, house must be kept above freezing at all times.
Tennant is also responsible for electric, phone, internet, trash removal & keeping yard mowed.
Landlord will plow driveway during winter months.
No hunting allowed without written appproval by landlord
