The backyard has a 300 square foot covered patio for winter enjoyment, with a paver path leading to another patio and hot tub on the west end, maximizing the small yard for outdoor living space and hosting family and friends. The concrete RV parking (west side) and the concrete east side of the house make for ease of storage and or cleaning and maintenance. The garage easily fits two vehicles and has pull down stairs to access the storage above. Gas furnace/heat pump, gas range and gas hot water heater and vinyl windows combine for very efficient energy use and comfort in winter and summer. This home has been great for raising a family and equally as enjoyable after they moved on their own. The well maintained and safe community of Levi Landing are enjoyable, safe and friendly. It is the kind of community where neighbors look out for one another. With access to Ruff Park just behind us, you do not have to go far to have a nice, relaxing walk (or run) in nature.     "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
