About this House

What's unique:Riverside plazaBarn doorsLaundry hook-upsRemodeled eat-in kitchenGated drivewayBreakfast counter
This home is completely remodeled. You truly could not find another home like our costum 1950’s home. The main bathroom used for guest uncles a cast iron claw foot tub with shower and double pedi stool sinks with tiltable mirrors and gorgeous lighting, and ventilation. The second bathroom includes three shower heads, one being a rain shower head, one at 7 ft and the last at 6 ft for all heights! It’s costum tiled in white subway tile with a window in the shower and a niche for shampoo, conditioners, soap... and there is canned lighting in the shower. The bathroom vanity is a vintage dresser repurposed with two clear glass vessel sinks that each have a canned light above them, in addition to the shower and vanity lighting we installed a beautiful center chrystal flat chandelier for lighting that adjust in brightness for a more relaxed environment. This bathroom also has ventilation. Each room in this house has costum baseboards and trim and all brand new double pain windows, the house also has a new roof(oct 2017), and completely restuccoed with 20 yr warranty. Tankless water heater with temp control inside the master bedroom(digitally). Soft water hooked up through out minus the yard and spickits used for plants were left alone. The floors that were originally hard wood have all been brought back to life within the past ten years and kitchen and bathrooms covered with a beautiful gray pergo. The kitchen was completely revamped we had the cabinets refaced keeping the original sturdy hard wood insides and changing the outside look completely(shaker style). Stainless steal hood with lighting and stainless steal dishwasher. We also took an old space in the kitchen used for the old heater and turned it into a pantry with costum double sliding barn doors. And where the old oven used to be is now a cleaning/broom closet. The sink is a large single basin black granite sink with beautiful curves. The kitchen counter tops are hand made using cement and the backsplash is a replica of the old tin ceilings you would often see in buikdings in downtown riverside. The backtard has a huge slab great for patio furniture and parties, a good size grassy area for kids and/or dogs and a play set with rubber mulch(for safety), and walkway to go to swing set or veiw plants was placed with stone. Rock lines the grass and planters to decide everything. And behind the garage we currently have a garden(space can be used for anything.

  • Trulia User

  • Sandra Torres
"I moved to magnolia center in Riverside recently. 3 months ago and it has been a great experience so far. Streets aren’t too crowded. You see family doing evening walks with their dogs. Overall it’s been a good experience can’t wait to see how the Holidays get on this part of town. "
  • Sarah K.
"People let their dogs off leash. It shouldn’t matter the size. Dogs need to be leashes when in front yard or fenced"
  • Lacey F.
"I love my neighborhood. It is friendly, safe, well kept and I have nice neighbors. I love being close to downtown and even closer to the Brockton arcade. "
  • Ms.shauuna
"Beware of moving into Plaza West Condos....changed the rules and now you get your garage, parallel parking behind it, and anything above that you are forced to park out on the Main Street while tons of empty spots sit inside complex waiting for visitors. (Which you only get 1 visitor pass) numerous cars have been vandalized and HOA does nothing about it..."
  • Unspecified
"its not too bad, they've done a good job getting rid of most of the homeless but there's still tweakers roaming the streets"
  • Golfskirtgirl
