Every room has spacious closets (walk-ins in second and third bedrooms); a very large kitchen with lots of storage space, a huge florida room right off of the kitchen; indoor laundry; a spacious living room and dining area (drywalled); a 4 car, tandem parking carport; a large 14 X15 ' shed (attached) with electrical. We recently (01/2018) installed a membrane roof with a transferable lifetime warranty. A/C system was serviced in 09/2018. New high quality windows were installed on the front porch as well. Flooring was replaced with waterproof vinyl plank throughout the entire house in 09/2017. Entire interior was repainted in 09/2017 as well. All electrical outlets and switches were replaced in 09/2017. New kitchen appliances in 01/2019 as well as kitchen sink. The sinks were also replaced in both bathrooms in 02/2019.

    "Quiet, Pet friendly. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. There were 2 antagonists but fortunately they sold. The current Board is working hard to meet the requirements for a well maintained community that we can enjoy. Please ignore the previous negative comment. HOA fees are now $244 for the purpose of replenishing reserves that were depleted."
