15-custom chicken pins were added in 2018 that include electric run to power the heat lamps and white lights. Loafing shed for horses or cattle on the south side of the shop.

The property has access to two ponds that are fully stocked with bass, catfish, sun perch, crappie, and blue gill. Absolutely beautiful sunsets and an insane number of stars filling the night's sky are visible without the hindrance of city lights.

Dog parks, the health club gym, and friendly people. We love it here. "
