Description

Lovely single-wide mobile home in North Bayside Estates, a 55 and over senior park. Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home right on the water! Peaceful living just minutes from town! Just over 1000 sq. ft. Built in 1974.

Nice floor plan with bedrooms at opposite ends of the home.

Lovely back deck to enjoy the phenomenal view of Coos Bay, North Bend and the North Bend bridge. Amazing sunsets. Bay views from back bedroom with big windows and sliding glass doors to the deck.

The entire home is filled with cubby holes, display cases, bookcases and tons of drawers and cabinets. Great for your collections and loved objects. Built-in desk with built-in file cabinets and drawers in both the living room and the back bedroom (facing the water).

Washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Entry hall with good sized closet. Bright, cozy living room with crown molding and wall to wall carpet. Master bedroom has built-in drawers and shelving and two closets. Second bedroom has shelves, bookcase, closet and additional cabinets. Both bedrooms have built-in platforms for a double bed.

Good sized kitchen has two granite countertops plus two ordinary countertops. Two windows where plants thrive. Plenty of drawers and cabinets. Cute cabinet and drawer knobs, glass with seashells inside.

Comes with big freezer, refrigerator, stove and new dishwasher plus washer and dryer.

Laminate flooring in kitchen, hall and back bedroom. Carpet in living room and master bedroom. Linoleum in bathrooms.

Sorry I don't have a photo of the main bathroom. It's got a nice white vanity with plenty of medicine cabinet space, a couple of drawers and cabinets underneath. There is a shower over a tub. The washer and dryer are in this bathroom.

Wood walkway leads up to front door and works well for wheelchairs. No stairs for this entrance. Great for those with mobility limitations.

Large bathroom has tub/shower combo and master bath has a walk-in shower.

Everything is electric so No gas bill!

Outside parking for around 3 cars or maybe one car and a small RV.

Buyer must be approved by the park. Space rent is around $450 a month and includes garbage and water.

Watch the fishing boats and oyster boats going about their business as well as the huge lumber ships that dock across from the home. Bring your telescope and watch them loading the lumber. It's very peaceful here. Sometimes you might see a seal or deer. Lots of hummingbirds, seagulls and snowy white egrets around this bay home.

Really nice neighbors. Affordable living at it's best.

Super rare opportunity, don't let this one pass by. There str only a few of these waterfront manufactured homes and they rarely come to market.

Call for a time to see the home (After 10:00am please.) Evening calls are fine.

"The area I live in is pretty quiet and I never have heard in my over 20yrs noises so loud that wake me up . It’s a very wonderful area with two churches a school that is before Jr High I think. We are not far from main hiway but safe area. It’s like country living but only 9 to 12 miles from town. "
  • sandy m.
